According to the Approval of educational institutions and activities Act (AZAV) SPECTRUM has been certified as an educational institution.
This regulation controls which educational institutions and their educational offers are recognized and approved by the Federal Employment Agency. If you want to become an educational institution, you must have a quality management system and demonstrate spatial, factual and specialized knowledge.
We successfully passed the certification process. It is now possible for us, as an experienced talent development company, to qualify jobseekers for their entry into the profession or support them on their future career path on behalf of the Federal Employment Agency.
