The corona pandemic has changed us forever. At the beginning of the year, we were working 90% from the office, but during the lockdown we found ourselves 99% at our desks at home. The extremely positive experiences we had during this phase prompted us as an employer to make a unique offer to our central staff:
New Work par excellence: 4 days mobile working, 1 day office work
From where and when our employees work the majority of the week is left up to them. We could hardly give them a greater gift of flexibility, freedom and self-determination with this flexible work model. At the same time, however, we consider personal exchange to be essential despite the digital age. Face-to-face it is sometimes easier to brainstorm, coordinate and grow together.
