Exchange on the topics of educational opportunities, people with potential and talent promotion.
Personal educational biographies and stories of people in Mannheim were recorded as part of the short-term project called ” Mannheim Education History “*. In audiovisual interviews these people talked about their personal educational pathways, how they took advantage of the opportunities that the education system provides and how they overcame certain obstacles.
The project was first presented on October 11, 2019 in the gym of the Marie-Curie-Realschule in Mannheim. Our Chairman Thomas Gebhardt participated afterwards in the program with a brief keynote speech where he talked about the following topics:
- What is a successful educational biography?
- What do we mean with the promoting of talent?
- How do we recognize and develop people with potential? And how do we use this potential for the personal development of life?
We thank you for the invitation and the successful exchange!
