According to the theme „Claims Management and Assistance“ over 1200 participants and 80 speakers came together for the exhibition congresses 10th jubilee on 28th and 29th of March 2017 in Leipzig.

Under the motto „Knowledge is power – but data is mightier“ and the buzzword „Big Data“ speeches about premature and active claims management through mobile tools for claims reporting, provider networks and early warning systems were given.
